Dr. Marika Mihok obtained her medical degree from the University of Ottawa Ontario. She completed both an Internal Medicine Residency and Internal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Ottawa. She is Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Marika Mihok has a long standing interest in cardiovascular medicine. Prior to medical school she completed an undergraduate degree in Bio-Medical sciences and a PhD in Microvascular Physiology at the University of Guelph Ontario. Her professional interests include assessment and treatment of vascular risk factors including diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension and obesity. She strives to provide exceptional and compassionate care in the management and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
